Lead Natural Horsemanship and Beginner Instructor
Rusty Goldman Rusty has been involved in supervising distance learning education since 1990. Presently, Rusty serves on the board of directors of Pearblossom Academy. Her real-world experience contributes to the offering of practical elective courses that can stimulate a student's interest in pursuing such fields as anatomy and physiology to forensic science, engineering, agriculture, equestrian, and many others. Natural Horsemanship is the focus of her program, encouraging students to explore the relationship with their horse, the result of which has helped to improve behavior of both horse and rider, and help develop clear communication skills with her students. Through hands-on equestrian training, her students manifest higher self-esteem. They have learned the responsibility that comes through proper care of an animal and the meaning of team work by working with other horses, riders and instructors. Her students start to strive to imitate the good traits as seen in their peers and instructors. Rusty has been involved with the Parelli Program for over 20 years, she has shown in both English and Western disciplines and has won over-all championships in both disciplines at local shows in the Los Angles, California area. She is great in her patience with beginner riders helping them to progress in their own time and at their individual pace. |
